🌟 Who We Are

Tredu Club is a forward-thinking non-governmental organization based in Vienna, Austria, committed to promoting sustainable lifestyles, regenerative entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment. Founded with a vision of making sustainability and inclusion accessible and actionable, Tredu Club operates at the intersection of environmental education, creative learning, and social impact.

Our name—Tredu—embodies our core principles: training, regeneration, education, and development. We support young people and community members in building resilient lives, businesses, and societies grounded in environmental awareness, creativity, and inclusivity.

Tredu Club's mission is to empower youth and communities to co-create a sustainable and inclusive future through education, participation, and action. We aim to:

  • Promote sustainable development and circular economy practices

  • Raise awareness on urgent environmental issues such as ocean pollution and climate change

  • Inspire social innovation and regenerative entrepreneurship

  • Use creative arts, sports, and intercultural exchange as vehicles for learning and transformation

  • Support inclusion, especially for young people facing social or economic disadvantages

👥 Our Team

Our team consists of experienced educators, trainers, athletes, and social innovators, each passionate about youth development and environmental change. Key team members include:

  • Regina Rendl, President: With a master's in Psychomotricity and extensive experience in holistic health, education, and sports training, Regina has worked with diverse groups across Europe. She specializes in inclusive and creative youth work and advocates for regenerative practices in daily life and learning. A professional swimmer and active youth coach, Gini brings her passion for the environment, especially ocean preservation, into Tredu's initiatives. She is also trained in rehabilitation for individuals with disabilities and organizes ocean clean-up events.

  • Stephanie Rank, Secretary and Trainer: An economist and certified adult educator, Stephanie is an expert in green entrepreneurship, sustainable tourism, and environmental certification. She is actively involved in Erasmus+ projects and is part of the team managing the KA210-VET project "LINOHM – Learn Inclusion, New Opportunities for Hotel Management."

🎨 What We Do

Despite being a relatively new organization, Tredu Club is already contributing to international projects in the fields of:

  • Youth exchanges and non-formal education

  • Environmental education and eco-activism

  • Inclusion and anti-discrimination

  • Cultural heritage and creative arts

  • Sports for development

  • Green skills and sustainability training

Our work combines theory and action, often using non-formal methods such as workshops, creative expression (art, dance, theater), nature-based learning, intercultural activities, and community outreach.

🤝 Our Role in the ECAPT Project

As the applicant and hosting organization of the ECAPT project, Tredu Club is proud to welcome young people from across Europe to Vienna. In ECAPT, we aim to:

  • Provide a safe, creative, and inclusive learning environment

  • Facilitate workshops using art, movement, and storytelling

  • Foster empathy, dialogue, and active citizenship

  • Raise awareness on discrimination and promote solidarity

  • Inspire young people to use creative tools for activism and social change

Our city, Vienna—rich in cultural heritage and diversity—offers the perfect backdrop for an impactful youth exchange that connects creative empowerment with social responsibility.
