๐ŸŽ“ OBJECTIVE

The goal of the preparation phase is to ensure that all national teams are established, well-prepared, and actively involved in meaningful pre-exchange activities that foster group identity, intercultural learning, creativity, and reflection on the project's core theme: combatting discrimination through creative expression and participation.

โœ… Key Preparation Activities & Timeline

แผžaแผŸa JUNE โ€“ JULY 2025: National Coordination & Communication

  •  Initial partner meetings to confirm procedures and responsibilities.

  • Each organization nominates a national coordinator to lead recruitment and preparation.

  • Project logo creation begins.

แผžcแผž7 AUGUST โ€“ OCTOBER 2025: National Team Formation

  • Each organization selects 5 participants (aged 15-20) and 1 youth leader.

  • Priority is given to youth with fewer opportunities.

  • Participants fill out an intro questionnaire to identify interests, needs, and talents.

แผž8แผŸ7 NOVEMBER 2025: Finalization of Teams

  • Deadline for submission of full national teams: 30 of November 2025

  • First virtual meetings between national leaders and participants.

  • Distribution of ECAPT Welcome Pack.

๐ŸŽจ DECEMBER 2025: Creative Preparation Activities

1. ๐ŸŒˆ Logo Design Contest

2. ๐Ÿ“ธ Personal Posters

  • Each participant designs a digital personal poster to present themselves:

    • Name, country, hobbies, interests

    • Motivation for joining ECAPT

    • Artistic or cultural expression (poem, photo, drawing, quote)

  • Posters will be uploaded on the official project website at the link: https://ecapt.webnode.page/participants/ 

  • Posters needs to be in our shared folder till 20 of December 2025

3. ๐Ÿ“ˆ National Research Task: "Discrimination in Our Community"

  • Each team conducts a mini research or awareness project:

    • Interview 3โ€“5 peers, youth workers, or teachers

    • Use Google Forms or interviews

    • Collect opinions on: What types of discrimination exist? What solutions are visible?

    • Encourage creative representation of findings (video, poster, poem, etc.)

๐Ÿ”Ž Key Points for the Research Task

  • Link findings with local realities (school, neighborhood, cultural space)

  • Include voices of marginalized youth

  • Explore intersectionality: gender, race, disability, religion, economic background

  • Share hopeful and creative solutions

  • Format: PDF summary + 1 creative output (poster/video/drawing)

๐Ÿ“† Posters for National Research

Each national team will also prepare 4 posters summarizing their findings. The posters should include:

  • Title: Discrimination Through Our Eyes

  • Country name and team

  • Key statistics or quotes from interviews

  • 2โ€“3 youth-driven solutions to discrimination

  • One visual or slogan to represent hope and inclusion

๐ŸŒ Countries' night preparation for dinner and culture

๐ŸŒ Goal: Celebrate diversity and develop intercultural competence
๐Ÿ“Œ Each national group will have one night to prepare dinner for all participants, so you need to prepare your proposals for the dinner and to inform us about the materials that you will need to complete your tasks. 

 ๐Ÿ“Œ Each national group should prepare a fun, interactive cultural presentation, including:

  • Traditional or humorous dance or performance

  • Fun quiz or game about the country

  • Display or tasting of typical food (if possible, eco-friendly packaging)

  • Use of props, flags, or costumes

๐ŸŽญ Emphasis is on being funny, engaging, and educational while respecting all cultures.

๐Ÿ’ก Educational Value: Strengthens cultural awareness, group bonding, and non-verbal communication skills.

๐Ÿš€ OUTCOME EXPECTATIONS

  • Increased ownership, identity, and motivation among youth participants

  • Creative content to promote the project

  • Insights into youth experiences with discrimination in each country

  • Strengthened intercultural connection before the mobility phase
