Polish Team Follow-Up Activities – ECAPT

Introduction

Following their participation in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Empowerment through Creative Arts and Participation for European Teens (ECAPT)", held in Vienna, Austria, from 10–18 February 2026, the Polish participants actively engaged in a series of dissemination and follow-up activities aimed at sharing the knowledge, experiences, and values they gained during the project. Through presentations, discussions, social media campaigns, and interactive workshops, the team promoted the importance of inclusion, diversity, intercultural dialogue, and active youth participation within their local community.

The follow-up activities allowed the participants not only to reflect on their learning journey but also to inspire other young people to become involved in Erasmus+ opportunities and international cooperation. Their efforts contributed to spreading the project's outcomes and ensuring a lasting impact beyond the mobility itself.

Follow-Up Activity

On 27 February 2026, the Polish team participated in a regional knowledge contest about the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship held at the Voivodeship Cultural Center (Wojewódzki Dom Kultury). During the event, the participants had the opportunity to present their Erasmus+ experience and share the knowledge, skills, and memories gained throughout the ECAPT project.

The dissemination activity took the form of an interactive Question & Answer session, during which participants first presented their personal experiences from Vienna and then responded to questions from students representing schools from across the region. The discussion generated considerable interest among the audience, many of whom were hearing about Erasmus+ opportunities directly from young participants for the first time.

As part of the event, the Polish team also introduced several non-formal education methods experienced during ECAPT, including the World Café debate method. Together with local students, they explored important topics such as:

Social exclusion;
Discrimination and racism;
Equal opportunities;
Challenges faced by people with disabilities;
Inclusion and active citizenship.

The activity created a safe environment for discussion, encouraged critical thinking, and allowed participants to exchange different perspectives on social issues affecting young people today.

This dissemination event successfully promoted the ECAPT project, strengthened intercultural awareness, and motivated other young people to consider participating in future Erasmus+ projects and community initiatives.

The Polish participants also promoted the ECAPT project through their personal social media accounts, sharing photos, reflections, stories, and testimonials from the youth exchange. These online dissemination activities helped reach a wider audience of young people, friends, schools, and local communities.

The Polish team's follow-up activities demonstrated a strong commitment to sharing the outcomes of the ECAPT project with their local community. Through public presentations, interactive workshops, discussions on inclusion and discrimination, and extensive online dissemination, the participants successfully transferred the knowledge and experiences gained during the youth exchange to a wider audience.
