Follow Up
ECAPT – Follow-Up Plans by Partner Organisations
🔺 Purpose of the Follow-Up Phase
The follow-up phase of the ECAPT project ensures that the learning outcomes, messages, and creative outputs of the youth exchange are sustained, shared, and multiplied beyond the mobility. Each partner organization is responsible for implementing impactful local actions, fostering inclusion and creativity in their communities, and continuing the fight against discrimination through arts and participatory methods. These activities ensure long-term engagement with the values of ECAPT and reach broader audiences in diverse educational, social, and cultural contexts.

🇦🇹 Austria – Tredu Club (Applicant and Host)
Tredu Club will host a local exhibition and public performance in Vienna, showcasing youth-created art, theatre scenes, and visual materials developed during the youth exchange. The club will collaborate with local cultural institutions, municipal youth departments, and educational centers to co-host these events. A dedicated section on their website will feature a virtual exhibition and testimonials from participants. Tredu Club will also organize a creative methodology workshop for youth workers and educators to replicate ECAPT's tools, such as Forum Theatre and personal storytelling, in local schools and youth centers. Young artists and former participants will be invited to co-facilitate the sessions, ensuring continuity and youth ownership.
🇵🇱 Poland – Association Reflections on Europe (ROE)
ROE will organize a traveling exhibition and interactive debate cycle titled "Through Our Eyes: Youth and Discrimination." This series will be implemented across three cities, targeting both urban and rural youth. Each stop will include visual displays, spoken word performances, and panel discussions co-led by ECAPT participants and human rights activists. ROE will also initiate a mini-grant scheme for local youth groups to launch inclusion-based initiatives, using ECAPT's artistic tools. In partnership with Eurodesk Poland, a toolkit on using arts against discrimination in youth work will be compiled and shared nationally with youth NGOs and local governments.

🇵🇹 Portugal – Associação Nó Górdio
Nó Górdio will create a Creative Arts Lab for Inclusion, a series of artistic and reflective workshops for marginalized youth in Porto and nearby towns. These labs will replicate key ECAPT activities including movement therapy, collective mural painting, and creative writing circles. The results will be compiled in a community-produced zine titled "Art Equals Voice" and distributed both in print and digitally through libraries, cultural hubs, and youth associations. Nó Górdio also plans to collaborate with educational psychologists to publish an article on the impact of non-formal artistic education on youth well-being and empowerment.

🇱🇹 Lithuania – Jaunimo laisvalaikio centras (JLC)
JLC will implement a school-based awareness program named "Coloring Inclusion," involving over 15 schools in rural and semi-urban Lithuanian areas. Youth will create posters, skits, and poetry pieces on discrimination, drawing from ECAPT methodologies. Local media partners will help promote these actions. A central public event in Ukmerge will bring together the most impactful student contributions, followed by a discussion panel involving youth, educators, and municipal representatives. JLC will also publish an interactive guidebook for teachers on introducing art-based inclusion methods in school curricula.
🇨🇾 Cyprus – SKE Pissouriou & ACPELIA (Joint Plan)
SKE Pissouriou and ACPELIA will work together to co-design and deliver a national follow-up campaign in Cyprus under the theme "Inclusion Through Arts." Their joint plan includes:
Hosting a Creative Inclusion Evening during the community youth festival with art exhibitions, interactive theatre, and performances by ECAPT participants.
Organizing an inclusive theatre and visual arts workshop for youth from underserved rural and urban areas, refugee backgrounds, and local schools.
Running video documentation and storytelling projects, with outputs shared online and through media networks.
Featuring ECAPT tools and outcomes during ACPELIA's Youth Science & Arts Conference, while SKE facilitates local dialogue circles using art-based prompts to engage families, educators, and youth in discussing inclusion.
Together, they aim to reach a minimum of 150 youth and 30 educators and youth workers, with activities taking place across Pissouri, Limassol, and Nicosia.

📊 Expected Impact
Engagement of over 500 young people and 100+ educators and stakeholders through local actions.
Creation of at least six local exhibitions, four performances, and three community publications.
Inclusion of ECAPT methods in national and regional youth training sessions and educational programs.
Increased visibility of Erasmus+ impact through youth-led storytelling, digital sharing, and community outreach.
