Evaluation Letters – Partner Organisation
As part of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Empowerment through Creative Arts and Participation for European Teens (ECAPT)", implemented in Austria from 10–18 February 2026 and hosted by Tredu Club, all partner organisations were invited to provide official evaluation letters reflecting on their experience, contribution, and the overall impact of the project.
This page gathers the evaluation letters submitted by the participating organisations from Austria, Cyprus, Lithuania, Poland, and Portugal, presenting their perspectives regarding the quality of the cooperation, the implementation of the activities, the educational value of the Youth Exchange, and the impact created on participants and local communities.

Through these evaluation letters, the consortium highlights:
- the strong international cooperation developed during the project,
- the effectiveness of non-formal education methodologies and creative arts activities,
- the active participation and engagement of young people,
- the intercultural learning experience created among participants,
- and the long-term value of the follow-up and dissemination activities implemented by each organisation.
The letters also demonstrate the commitment of all partner organisations to maintaining high-quality standards in Erasmus+ projects, promoting inclusion, creativity, youth participation, and European cooperation. Below, visitors can find the official evaluation letters from each partner organisation, presented one by one as part of the project's transparency, dissemination, and quality evaluation process.
